My name is Matthew Thomas. I am 25 years and proud to call myself a veteran owned & operated business. In 2019 while working towards my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Masters in Business from the University of South Florida, I was a driven kid looking to make a little money on the side. As I got closer to graduation, and my side hustle started to gain momentum, I was ready to start my military career with the United States Coast Guard. After multiple duty stations and 2 deployments overseas, I was lucky enough to come home to Tampa to finish my short 6 year career. What started as a side hustle for many years, detailing friends and families vehicles, I've decided to take the leap of faith and make car detailing my next career. Gaining attention to detail experience from the military and mixing it with my passion for cars, Detail Monkey Garage was born.
